traffic enforcement

I will work for you ticketing drivers. I witness drag racing on University South of Colonel Glenn (Asher Ave.) every day. No one is ever stopped or ticketed. Fatalities occur on that stretch of road. It appears that no one is interested in the city, county or state about this situation on a state highway.

Instant Revenue

A substantial amount of revenue could be had if you hire me to enforce traffic violations. When a gun is fired a City Policeman will tear up a patrol car to get there with two dozen others but they won't write a ticket. My neighbors drive around without a license or insurance and laugh about it. They know they're not going to be stopped in Little Rock.
